Processing & Shipping Time

 

Orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days after purchase.

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and tracking number (if applicable).

Please note: Weekends, holidays, and high-volume periods may slightly affect processing times.

 

 

Shipping Delays

 

After your order has been handed to the carrier, shipping time is no longer within our control. Weather, USPS/UPS delays, or seasonal volume may extend delivery times. We recommend monitoring tracking updates once your package is on the way.

 

 

 

Returns, Wrong Items, & Damages

 

We do not accept returns or exchanges on orders.

However, if there is an issue that is our fault — such as:

✔ Incorrect item received

✔ Damaged or broken product on arrival

✔ Missing items in your package

We will gladly make it right with a replacement.
